Business Partner Manager South America (m/f/d)

• Establishment and further development of regional markets
• Search for and development of cooperation partners in the respective countries
• Independent planning and coordination of sales and market access activities
• Implementation and coordination of the annual 5-year sales and turnover planning
• Initiating and implementing new product launches in collaboration with Medical Marketing and Brand Management
• Coordination and implementation of international pricing policy, including price and reimbursement applications to the authorities for the respective countries
• Responsible for sales and results for the regions
• Preparation of market and country analyses as well as business cases for sales development and new sales potentials
• Conducting cooperation and contract negotiations and developing sales contracts for both new and existing partners
• Regional development of the company portfolio

• Completed studies in natural science, pharmacy or medicine or a comparable education
• 5-8 years of professional experience in sales and business development in a B2B environment in an international context
• Proven sales success
• Experience in contract negotiations
• Ideally contacts in the relevant market
• Confident appearance with customers during presentations and negotiations
• Communication and enthusiasm skills as well as intercultural negotiation skills
• High willingness to travel
• Fluent Spanish and English skills as well as good knowledge of the German language
